We spent our first full day in Peru in Lima. We began with a visit to the Canadian embassy where officials gave us a briefing on the country. We spent the rest of the day walking around and exploring the city, ending up at the oceanfront where a bunch of us played in the big surf and got soaking wet. Still, it was worth it to say we did it!

I can almost imagine all the excitement after a year long of studying. Definitely worth the hard work all of Nunavut Sivuniksavut Students put in for this trip.
